Nextera AS will attend the upcoming Antibody Engineering & Therapeutics Europe meeting, taking place in Basel, Switzerland from 27–29 May 2026. The conference is a leading international forum for antibody discovery and engineering, bringing together industry and academic experts across the field.
Nextera will be represented by Geir Åge Løset, CEO/CSO & Co-founder; Gøril Berntzen, Group Lead Discovery; and Sebastian Berge-Seidl, Head of Project Management & External Affairs, reflecting the company’s combined expertise across scientific innovation, discovery, and external partnerships.
As part of the scientific program, Geir Åge Løset will deliver an oral presentation titled:
“Optimized pIX Phage Display Discovery of Potent and Rare Therapeutic TCR-Like Antibody Candidates”
Track: Emerging In Vitro Approaches to Antibody Discovery
Time: 10:50–11:20 AM (CEST)
The presentation will outline how Nextera’s optimized pIX phage display platform, combined with sequencing-driven insights, enables the discovery of high-quality and rare TCR-like antibodies targeting pHLA class I and II complexes. This approach expands the range of addressable targets beyond those accessible with conventional antibody technologies.
Participation in AE&T Europe provides an important opportunity for scientific exchange and dialogue with partners and collaborators. Nextera is actively exploring collaboration opportunities, including both access to its discovery platform and broader strategic partnerships.
